The Live Well London ethos embodies the wellbeing spectrum across physical and emotional wellbeing, recognising that the two go hand-in hand, and we love that what works for one person, can be very different to another.  Wellbeing is unique and looks different for everyone, and at Live Well we’re making the experience accessible, approachable and inspirational, whatever stage of your wellbeing journey.

We’re excited to share with you our Live Well London Ambassadors, an amazing line-up of individuals with different specialities, experiences and backgrounds, all who share our passion for individuality and a 360 approach to wellbeing. We are inspired by their stories, incredible challenges, outlooks and approach to life, as well their determination to succeed and break boundaries to live well. Faye Edwards

"I’m extremely honoured and excited to become a Live Well ambassador, a brand that shares the same ethos as I do is really motivating and I look forward to supporting them in inspiring people to be the best version of themselves through health, fitness and well being."

Group exercise manager, celebrity trainer and founder of F.I.T Jam Dance Movement, Faye Edwards is renowned for her high energy and positive influence through fitness. Faye prides herself in delivering effective concepts and programmes that are accessible to all.

Kimberley Wilson

"Wellness should reach out to those in our society with the greatest health risks, ensuring that health promotion information is truly accessible to all. That’s why I’m thrilled to be working with Live Well London to promote Wellness for everybody and every body."

Kimberley Wilson is a Chartered Psychologist specialising in Whole Body Mental Health. She intends to transform the way we treat mental illness by integrating psychological therapy with evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle advice.

Dave Thomas

"I am delighted to represent Live Well London 2020 as one of their ambassadors. It’s great to support an event which is offering a variation of workouts for different abilities, ensuring the appeal to all, regardless of demographic or ability! I look forward to working with the Live Well team."

Dave Thomas is the co-founder of The Foundry, a boutique gym group that offers classes and small group personal training. As a founding trustee of Sky Sports’ School Of Hard Knocks, and also as the driving force behind The Foundry's charity arm FIT, Dave represents everything it means to be a Live Well London Ambassador.

Shakira Akabusi

Shakira Akabusi, founder of StrongLikeMum is a pre and postnatal fitness expert, Adidas Run Coach and Mum of two. Shakira is proud of growing a community of women all supporting each other to maintain a healthy lifestyle after becoming mothers.

Sylvia Mac

"Since becoming the Founder of Love Disfigure, it has always been my priority to find inclusion throughout every aspect of life. Being an ambassador for Live Well London makes me feel so honoured and proud, I look forward to sharing my story to  support others."

Sylvia set up Love Disfigure over 2 years ago to raise awareness for people with scars, health and skin condition that affect their appearance. Sylvia wants everyone to learn to embrace their body regardless of how they look and believes that we are all beautiful and unique.

Sarah Gorman

"I am thrilled to have been asked to be an ambassador for Live Well London - to be involved in a platform that promotes healthy living through the physical and mental aspects of living is something that I truly believe in."

Sarah’s dance and pilates classes have a style that flows seamlessly from beginning to end but with an energy like no other. Sarah has trained actors and celebrities in fitness, including Davina McCall. Her aim is to inspire you to feel empowered, strong and to find the love in movement.

Sophie Grace Holmes

"I am excited to be an ambassador for Live Well London and be part of a brand who believe so passionately on health and wellbeing, both mentally and physically - we can all achieve so much together if we simply inspire and support each others goals and I feel honoured that I can be part of that journey in helping others become the extraordinary."

Sophie is a fitness coach and business women. She was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis which has given her a very unique outlook on life. Sophie provides inspiration and motivation to others by sharing her journey and encouraging others to shift their mindset to seek theirs.

Gian Power

"It's an honour to become an Ambassador for Live Well London, wellbeing is an area close to my own heart and I am excited to support the event and especially to see such a focus on workplace wellbeing in 2020"

Following a personal tragedy in 2015, Gian Power left his job at PwC on a mission to ignite emotion back in the workplace and promote wellbeing. He's the founder of TLC Lions bringing together ordinary people with extraordinary stories. Gian’s work has been featured globally in 57 countries recently in The Independent, Business Insider and soon BBC1.
