Keeping you Safe at Live Well London 2021

As an event organiser, our number one priority is to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of all of our brands, visitors and staff.

As we welcome you back to Old Billingsgate, London for Live Well London 2021, we would like to advise you that we are working closely with the venue to ensure the safety and comfort of all those at the festival.

Whatever happens, our promise to you is that we will continue to put your safety first and will be cautious rather than take risks.  If we feel this will substantially impact the delivery of the event, then we will make the appropriate decisions.  It’s really important to us that we deliver the same Live Well experience for you and if we can’t deliver it, then we will wait until the right, and safe time when we can.  If the event does not to run, then we will offer customers a refund or transfer to a future event.
