What does my standard ticket include?
A standard entry ticket to Live Well London includes:
You will be able to book up to 2 sessions (3 if you are a VIP) in the Boutique Studios and we will always leave a small amount of spaces free so if you miss your chance to book or it says it’s full online, please try on the day and tell the person managing the door that you would like to attend the next session. The rest of the sessions (Knowledge Hub, MOVE IT Stage, Retreat, Live Kitchen, Vibe & Flow studio) will be walk up and based on a first-come, first served basis, so best to get there early to avoid disappointment.
A VIP entry ticket to Live Well London includes:
• Entrance to a full day at Live Well London including the Move It Main Stage, Live Kitchen, Vibe & Flow Studio, talks in the Knowledge Hub and meditation sessions in the Retreat (walk-up on the day)
• Access to the exclusive VIP Lounge
• Pre-book up to 3 boutique classes

Friday 28th February – Live Well London will play host to "Wellbeing Works" in the Main Stage and "Industry Talks" in the Knowledge Hub. General consumer visitors will still be able to enjoy amazing classes and sessions running across all the studios, The Retreat, Live Cooking & Nutrition Theatre and access to all the exhibiting brands to buy from, however please be aware that the content in the Knowledge Hub & Move It Main Stage will be focussed around industry and corporate content.

A day of curated content and wellbeing experiences dedicated to helping businesses and their HR teams put workplace wellbeing firmly on the board agenda.
As companies are charged with prioritising employee wellbeing as much as profit, increasing productivity, happiness and retention, this is the place to be for HR leaders and their teams looking to integrate wellness into the business day-to-day to help attain that all-important lifestyle balance.
Different to other corporate wellbeing events, Live Well London gives those in charge of their employees wellbeing the chance to try techniques and sessions for themselves…to progress professionally and personally through experiencing the latest in the world of wellbeing.
Industry Talks
A day dedicated to celebrating industry growth and innovation, exploring new trends and business opportunities, showcasing inspirational Founder stories and new brand success across the ever expanding wellness industry. Industry Talks brings together an exclusive trade audience across the food and drink, fitness, wellbeing, tech and travel markets with trade and consumer press to experience a day of curated content exploring how to step up a career in this booming industry now estimated to be worth $4.2tn globally.
Everyone is welcome to attend any day of the event, and any of the talks! Trade & Industry, HR, Corporate and Business Professionals are also welcome (and we recommend) that you attend Live Well London over the weekend to experience and learn how to take care of your own wellbeing.

What is the refund/exchange policy? How do I transfer my ticket?
Unfortunately we do not refund or are able to exchange tickets already purchased for the event.
Transferring Tickets:
Sometimes, your plans can change – we get it.
Whilst we don’t offer refunds, you may transfer your ticket to a different date within the event; Live Well London – 28 Feb-1 Mar 2020.
You may only transfer your ticket to a ticket of the same value or to a higher value (you will be charged additionally), for example if you would like to upgrade a standard ticket to a VIP ticket or weekend ticket.
You may not transfer your ticket to a ticket of a lower value. Refunds will not be given.

Can I bring children?
No, we are delighted to include the cost of fitness sessions, studios and classes in the price of your ticket for Live Well London, you just need to book your space in advance to guarantee your space.

Do I need to book to attend fitness sessions, studios and classes?
Yes please! Sessions for the Studios will be available to book online and to reserve your space in your sessions of choice in advance of the event (subject to availability). The Knowledge Hub, Retreat, Live Kitchen, Yoga & Pilates Studio and Move it Stage will be walk up only. You will be notified when the programme is available and you can start tailoring your visit. All we ask is if you book a session, and then are not able to attend, you cancel your place as soon as possible so others can attend instead. Some sessions will have a very small amount of walk-up places.
The class I want to book is full. Are there walk up places?
We are sorry if you are unable to book onto a pre-bookable class. The classes are bookable on a first come first served basis and therefore may be full; however we do hold a select number of places for walk ups on the day! Please do note that even if you are unable to book onto any of the classes there is still so much to see and do at Live Well London, all completely free and included in your ticket. These include all sessions in the Knowledge Hub, Retreat, MOVE IT Stage, Yoga & Pilates Studio and Live Kitchen, with full details being made available once the programme is live. We advise arriving 10-15 mins before a session starts to ensure a space.
What do I need to wear?
Please come dressed appropriately for the types of activities you will be doing during your visit. Whether it is meditation and breathing, yoga or a full on HIIT class, please dress for your comfort. Live Well London is welcome to all, so if you are coming to just listen, watch and learn from our experts in the Knowledge Hub or LIVE Kitchen, and explore the exhibitors taking part throughout the show, you are very welcome without your work out gear!
Will there be a cloakroom?
There will be a cloakroom and a dedicated bag storage unit in each class/fitness studio for your belongings during the session. Please note the organisers, partner studios and venue management cannot take responsibility for loss or theft.

Will there be food and drink?
Live Well London will bring some of the best and latest in the world of food and nutrition to the show, especially in our dedicated Well Nourished area where you can taste, test and try the latest products, bites, snacks, drinks, smoothies, shots and much more. Alongside our healthy eating catering to purchase, and complimentary water stations around the show – there will be plenty to keep you nourished during your visit. Therefore, you will not be able to bring food to the event with you.
Where is Live Well London?
Old Billingsgate is in the heart of the City on the North bank of the River Thames, a striking historic building that is a remarkable part of London's heritage. This Victorian Grade II listed building was once a world famous fish market, running up until 1982. The Grand Hall, was the market floor, and the basement of Old Billingsgate, was covered in 50 years of ice used to store the fishermen's catch. Given an industrial twist by architect Lord Richard Rogers, the building has undergone an amazing transformation, from the 19th century's largest fish market to now the home of Live Well London!
