In 2006, Jess began a career in Musical Theatre after training at the prestigious London stage school, Italia Conti. This took her around the world and back to the West End stage. She had always had a passion for movement and in 2013 took her Level 3 Personal Training Qualification, alongside this, she found love for Yoga and Pilates. In 2018, Jess qualified as a Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Mentor and Coach. It was during this period that Jess recognised 'A beaming life is about both Movement and Wellness' and The BEAM Body Technique was born. A technique that teaches you to Dust off your Diamond, step into your own light and align your mind, body and soul. She currently works with a vast range of clients from rehabilitation to fitness; including elite athletes and Polestar Pilates students from her Beam Boutique Studio in Warwickshire (founded in 2006), Moss Pilates, Kings Cross London and online. 2020 sees Jess Ellmer The Movement + Wellness Coach spread sparkle across the UK.'
