Home with the Kids? Tips to Keep them Active, Happy and Healthy

Looking for ways to maintain your children's mental, physical and emotional wellbeing while the school's are shut and we are staying at home? We've put together a list of some of the best resources out there to help!
- Daily PE with The Body Coach – our founder Sam and her kids have been getting up and giving this a go to kickstart their days! - Our brand manager Laura has been doing Cosmic Kids Yoga every day with her daughter. This child-friendly yoga is a great way to help the little ones relax and to have fun with yoga. - Have fun in the garden. Why not try creating some wild art, or get some help with the gardening? The national trust have a list of things to do outdoors with kids and while some are not possible right now, some can be done from your very own back garden. - Get listening to audiobooks! Story Nory offers a selection of children’s audio stories, fairytales, myths and classics. - Elsa Support have put together a 14 day list of emotion-based activities to help support your children’s emotional and mental wellbeing.
